Applications are open from 1st of Jan to 25th of Jan, followed by a selection period where mentors and mentees are carefully matched. The program officially begins with an orientation session, setting the stage for regular mentorship meetings and workshops throughout the semester. A mid-program assessment allows mentors and mentees to assess progress and adjust goals as needed. The program concludes with final presentations and a closing ceremony, celebrating the achievements and growth of all participants.

• 1-on-1 Mentoring Sessions: Mentors and mentees will connect primarily through one-on-one sessions, fostering personalized guidance and development. In-person meetings are encouraged for stronger engagement, though online sessions can be arranged based on mutual convenience.
• Flexible Meeting Structure:聽While mentors and mentees are encouraged to meet frequently, the schedule remains adaptable to accommodate their relationship and availability. Mini-meetings are highly recommended to maintain momentum but can be scheduled flexibly.
• Regular Evaluations:聽There will be two formal evaluations each year (every 6 months) to ensure that goals are being met and to offer structured feedback.
• Semesterly Check-ins:聽Each semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer), a major planning and assessment meeting is required to review progress and set new objectives. These will serve as milestones to track development and keep the mentorship on track.
