鈥淎s an intern at Khalifa University Biotechnology Center, my team and I worked on investigating the susceptibility to osteoporosis among Emirati women. It included an extensive literature review on osteoporosis and its genetic links. The project involved genotyping, starting with DNA extraction, quantification, TaqMan-PCR, and concluding with genotyping data analysis.
