In collaboration with the HR, we’re introducing you the “Short Story Prize” to foster creativity and engagement among employees by encouraging them to express themselves through writing. It promotes a culture of reading and learning, while providing an opportunity for personal development. The prize also enhances employee well-being by offering a fun and relaxing activity, helping to relieve stress. Additionally, it recognizes and rewards talent, motivating employees, and strengthening team interaction and community within the organization.

 

The competition is for all KU employees and the guidelines criteria will be announced by the HR team during the Month of Reading.
