Fatma Mohamed holds an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering and a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, awarded in 2015 and 2013, respectively. From 2016 to 2024, she worked as a Research Associate with the KU Center for Cyber-Physical Systems (C2PS) and the Robotics and Intelligent Systems Institute (RISI) at Khalifa University. During this period, she contributed to several internal and external projects focusing on cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and educational software. She has been an integral part of a pioneering research team, publishing high-ranking journal papers.
Fatma has received intensive cybersecurity training through the “Train the Trainers” program at the Leonardo Cyber Academy in Genoa, Italy. She completed her internship at EBTIC and British Telecom in Ipswich, UK. She is currently a lecturer at Khalifa University and a certified trainer at the Khalifa University Cyber Security Academy.
