Biography

Dr. Mohamed Alkhatib (Member, IEEE) received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, USA in 2014, 2016, and 2022, respectively. 

 

During his academic journey, he gained valuable experience as a visiting researcher at the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico, where he focused on designing and optimizing antenna models for their incoherent radar scatter systems.

 

Since January 2023, he has been serving as an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at the United Arab Emirates (UAE) University in Al Ain, UAE. Additionally, He is currently serving as a Visiting Research Professor at Khalifa University (KU), working directly with KU’s industrial partners. His research interests include Numerical analysis, Application of Artificial Intelligence In Computational Electromagnetics, Radar Systems and RCS Reduction Techniques.
