Muhammad Kabsha (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and the M.Sc. degrees both in electrical engineering from Mansoura University, Mansoura, Egypt, and a Ph.D. degree in electric power systems from the Department of Energy Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, Mumbai, India. He works as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Mansoura University, Egypt (on leave). He is currently working at Khalif University as a Postdoctoral Fellow. His research interests include grid integration of renewable resources, HVDC, power system stability, and protection systems.
