Naod Teklemichael graduated with Highest Honors and received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Khalifa University in 2023. He is a Research Assistant in the Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering Department, currently working in the New Advanced Composites for Tissue-Engineered Osteochondral Constructs Project. His research include the development of novel biomedical composites and combining them with additively manufactured architected scaffolds to produce interpenetrating phase composites that mimic human articular cartilage.
