Yousof Al-Hammadi received the bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the Khalifa
University of Science and Technology (previously known as the Etisalat College of Engineering), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in 2000, the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering
from The University of Melbourne, Australia, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and information technology from the University of Nottingham, U.K., in 2009. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Khalifa University of Science and Technology. His main research interests include the area of information security which include intrusion detection, botnet/bots detection, viruses/worms detection, machine learning and artificial intelligence, RFID security, blockchain security, and mobile security.
