AIAA Student Chapter
Khalifa University Student Chapter of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is a student organization that offers students interested in the aerospace field a chance to meet other students with similar interests, the opportunity to hear aerospace-related guest speakers, and to participate in a variety of activities, including field trips, group projects, and social events. The chapter is supported by the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Khalifa University and is supervised by Dr. Shadi Balawi.
Mission
Our mission it to set the environment for students to enhance their future career development in Aerospace related fields linking them to the international engineering community by participating in international competitions and conferences as well as to support them in the fields of research and innovation.

Meeting time
The executive committee of the chapter normally meets once a week.
