Mr. Ahmed is a strategic HR professional with more than 22 years鈥� experience in human resources management. He had demonstrated an ability to deliver transformational initiatives across multiple industries, acting with integrity and accountability.
In his role with the Department of Government Enablement (DGE), Ahmed led the establishment of the first public employment center, a pivotal initiative in the national employment strategy. In tandem with this, he built successful strategies for achieving set targets for hiring unemployed nationals.
His innovative approach to human resources management also embraces new technology and tools, as demonstrated by the successful implementation of an AI based job matching system for job seekers that has helped deliver faster placements, a project Ahmed led in tandem with a 50% investment from Mubadala.
